I am amazed by your insight into the water
problem...I have felt and known for years that our governments today let us down
on every level...and they are now charging heavily for water...I live in inner
city Brisbane, and I get charged very heavily on my rates bill, for watering
garden once a week on a small 405 sq allotment. (not to mention my neighbours
cower in fear of being charged by the BCC or getting caught...) I believe that
it is in their best interest to charge for everything, (another way to control
us)... we will not only be paying for necessities, but if they could charge us
for the air that we breathe...they would!!!!. Your site is both innovative and I
could see would work wonders....I will be trying some of your solutions and I
hope you get your clever ideas across to many...I will definitely recommend your
site.\
